Dear John,
Today, we joined a coalition of public interest environmental groups asking the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit to overturn the Trump Administration’s disastrous Affordable Clean Energy (ACE) rule. This rule replaced the Obama-era Clean Power Plan standards to reduce climate pollution from coal plants with a plan that fails to comply with the Clean Air Act or reduce carbon pollution from coal plants.
This is what ELPC does, we fight against efforts that are on the wrong side of history and we want you to join us. We are in the last two days of our SUMMER MATCH ([link removed]) , with only $2,200 left to go to earn a $15,000 grant from The Manaaki Foundation. These resources allow us to keep fighting bad policies that hurt our environment and a clean energy economy.
Double your impact and support ELPC's fight to protect clean air and advance climate change solutions. ([link removed])
DONATE TODAY ([link removed])
The ACE Rule is misguided policy, moves our nation backward in solving climate change problems, and misses opportunities for economic growth and innovation in the shift to renewable energy.
ELPC is about proactive solutions that clean our air and put our country on track to a cleaner, smarter future.
Join us in the fight with a matched donation today. ([link removed])
Thanks for your support.
