A new report shows that gun violence on school grounds in 2024 has surpassed 2023 numbers. This is why we must take action.

A screenshot of a headline that reads "School gun deaths reach 48 this year as grim total surpasses 2023 with months to go" with a subtext that reads "There have been 163 incidents of gunfire on school campuses, leading to 48 deaths and 108 injuries this year alone"

John,

Last month’s shooting at Apalachee High School where four people were shot and killed and 9 more were wounded was a tragic reminder of how urgent the work of stopping gun violence is.

While gun manufacturers are trying to sell bulletproof backpacks as a solution to ending school shootings, Everytown for Gun Safety, Moms Demand Action, and Students Demand Action are taking the fight to end gun violence to the streets, our lawmakers, and the ballot box this November.

Your support can make all the difference and ensure we have what we need to mobilize supporters in cities and states nationwide. For the safety of our students and our communities, please rush a donation to Everytown so that we can continue to do this life-saving work.
