Friend,

Energy is the key to a thriving economy and a strong America, and Senator
Barrasso will always be on the front lines to fight for pro-energy policies and
defend our jobs from bureaucratic red tape.

That’s why he applauded the recent federal court ruling that paused the
Biden-Harris administration’s excessive regulations on our oil and natural gas
industries:

“This important ruling is a win for Wyoming workers and families. The state of
Wyoming and the Environmental Protection Agency already regulate methane
emissions from oil and natural gas production. Adding duplicative regulations
would kill jobs and stifle growth. As the Court recognized, BLM’s [Bureau of
Land Management] rule is unsupported by the claimed environmental benefits,
conflicts with other laws, and adds nothing more than another rule on top of
existing federal regulations. It’s long past time for the Biden-Harris
administration to encourage American energy production instead of trying to
strangle it”

- Sen. John Barrasso

A Message from Senator John Barrasso:

<[link removed]>
I want to take a moment to remind you of my journey to the U.S. Senate, the
important lessons I have learned along the way, and why I continue to believe
wholeheartedly in our beloved state.

My father, a World War II veteran, left school during the Great Depression to
join the Army. Though he only had a ninth grade education, he built a career as
a hard-working cement finisher. My mother, a dedicated voter who never missed
an election, instilled in me the importance of civic duty.

From my parents, I inherited an unwavering love for this country that I have
proudly carried throughout my life. It's something I strive to keep alive in
Wyoming.

Later, in medical school, I learned the importance of having a plan before
taking action, a lesson that has proven invaluable in both my medical career
and my service as your senator. Just as in surgery, effective leadership
requires a clear vision and a strategic approach to problem-solving.

As you may know, I am sometimes referred to as "Wyoming's doctor," but to be
honest, that is what I have always strived to be as your senator. I have
wholeheartedly dedicated myself to serving the state, addressing its
challenges, and making it the best it can be.

Whether it's advocating for our veterans, championing American energy
security, or safeguarding our borders, I've always strived to be a voice for
all Wyoming people. Your concerns are my concerns, and your aspirations are my
aspirations.

As we look towards the future, I'm confident that Wyoming has the potential
to be an even stronger, more prosperous state. But it will require strong
leadership, a clear vision, and your continued support.

Already, your support has been instrumental in my journey, and I promise to
continue fighting for the issues that matter most to Wyoming families.

Sincerely,
Senator John Barrasso CHIP IN FOR A STRONG WYOMING
