The “Emergency Rental Assistance & Rental Market Stabilization Act” will soon be introduced by Representative Maxine Waters (D-CA) and Representative Denny Heck (D-WA) with over 120 original cosponsors. Senator Sherrod Brown (D-OH) will introduce companion legislation in the Senate.
