Colorado’s high court has thrown out a harassing lawsuit filed by an activist against Masterpiece Cakeshop owner Jack Phillips. He has been fighting radicals for more than a decade… fighting for free speech and freedom of religion. A few years ago he won the first lawsuit in the US Supreme Court but radicals launched a new lawsuit in an attempt to crush him and free speech.
