Our One Nation Victoria leadership
team have been holding multiple events across the state. Our last
event for Victoria is coming up, and we hope you can support our
growing team.
______
Dear John
Australians are grappling with rising power prices, while the major
political parties continue pushing for renewables as the solution. One
Nation, however, stands against the reckless renewables approach, and
we do so for many compelling reasons.
The promise that renewable energy would be cheap or even free
always was, and always will be, a lie.
Look at Canberra (The Australian Capital Territory), which boasts
about running on 100% renewable energy—yet it has the most expensive
electricity in the country at any given time.
Despite 55 large scale renewable power plants operating in
Queensland alone, electricity prices are still rising, not
falling.
Businesses are being forced to shut down because they simply can’t
afford the skyrocketing power costs.
Renewables are an environmental disaster. In places like the
Daintree Rainforest, internationally renowned flora is being bulldozed
to make way for wind farms, threatening both our natural heritage and
tourism.
The environmental destruction being left behind by these large
scale wind and solar farms is taking a toll on communities in regional
and rural Australia.

Solar farms are chewing up valuable agricultural land, and huge
high-voltage power lines are cutting through communities.
Worse yet, when windmills reach the end of their short lifespan,
they’re ending up in landfills. They can’t be recycled, they spark
bushfires, and they kill wildlife.
One Nation offers a better solution: nuclear energy. Of the top 25
OECD nations, 24 rely on nuclear power—the exception? Australia.
We are committed to bringing nuclear into the conversation as a
safe, reliable, and clean energy alternative.
Our track record speaks for itself. Even with just two senators,
One Nation has delivered millions of dollars in funding for vital
services in Queensland and regional Australia.
We get things done by rattling the system. If given the chance, One
Nation will fight to bring real change to Australia. Give us one term,
and if we don't deliver, hold us accountable.

This week One Nation
started printing our How-To-Vote cards in Queensland. The state
election is on October 26th? This is the first election One Nation has
ever contested where our party will appear on every single ballot
paper.
A total of
850,000 cards are being printed across the state, weighing 7,130 kg
and requiring over 16,000 sheets of paper and 2,000,000 guillotine
cuts.
