Dear Judicial Watch Member,

At Judicial Watch, we are taking on the unprecedented attacks by the Biden-Harris Administration and powerful Leftists as we fight for the rule of law…which is why I hope you will help us with a special contribution today.

Here are just three recent examples of how we are fighting for you…

  • Last week our attorneys were fighting before the Minnesota Supreme Court over a racially discriminatory Minneapolis teachers’ contract. This contract provides discriminatory job protections to certain racial minorities in clear violation of the Equal Protection Guarantee of the Minnesota Constitution.

  • We believe that “no discrimination” means “no discrimination” and we are using the legal system and the courts to stand tall for that principle!

  • Last month, our election law team argued in the S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, to support our challenge to the Mississippi election law that extends the counting of ballots by five days after Election Day. This law runs counter to federal law, invites fraud and undermines voter confidence.

  • The resolution of this case could set a major national precedent to deter other states from engaging in similar reckless efforts to rewrite election law (we are also suing Illinois over its law “extending” Election Day).

  • And last week, through our Corruption Chronicles blog, millions of Americans were stunned to learn about the unprecedented degree to which the abandonment of the rule of law on our borders by the Biden-Harris administration is putting their lives and livelihoods at risk.

  • Specifically, our research shows that over half a million illegal aliens with criminalhistories are on the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency’s non-detained docket,” meaning they roaming freely in the United States…435,719 with convictions and another 226,847 with pending charges. These include over 15,000 convicted or charged with murder, more than 20,000 with sexual assault and 3,372 with kidnapping!

A key part of our mission at Judicial Watch is to educate the American people about what our research and investigations, as well as our legal actions, uncover. And we are doing so every day!

No other government watchdog does as much as Judicial Watch to fight for constitutional principles and expose what our government is up to.

But our research, our investigations, and our litigation all come with very real price tags…and that is why your help today would mean so much to us and to our mission.

Thank you very much for considering my request today…I can assure you that your support at this critical time will be a very real boost to us as we fight for the rule of law and for the American people’s “right to know!”

Sincerely,

Thomas Fitton
President
