Friend,
Earlier this week, the DOJ defended
ATF’s “frame or receiver” rule during oral arguments in our case at
the Supreme Court.
The ATF has previously argued that
their rule actually hasn’t changed anything at all, because they claim
the law has supposedly always been this way.
They expanded on ATF’s Big Lie, argued that this outrageous
regulation exists only for the sake of clarification, and that it’s
somehow for our benefit.
Then on Tuesday, they doubled down
in arguing that ATF’s abuse of administrative power should be upheld
by SCOTUS.

We punched back HARD, and we’re
proud of the work that we’ve done in Garland v. VanDerStok. But now comes the hard part…
The next step is likely to be an
order/decision from the high court. That puts this historic case in
the homestretch. And during that time, we need to say again and again
that the only acceptable outcome in this case is the complete
REJECTION of ATF’s rule.
That’s why we’re emailing you
again. We need you to make your voice heard LOUD AND CLEAR during this
critical juncture.
Friend, will you stand with FPC today and help fight the
government by making a contribution to the Lawsuit
Printer?
