Friend, I’m ready to go head to head with Larry Hogan in tonight’s debate, but I wanted to reach out to you first. Because with Republicans still outspending us 3:1, our campaign is in a really tough spot.

So can I count on you to split $5 between my campaign and Gary Peters' to help us boost our message and fight back against Republican dark money before I take the stage tonight?

Friend, you’re probably wondering if your $5 contribution to emails like this will even make a difference.

The answer is yes, they absolutely do in a Senate race as competitive as this one, where polling shows this is a pure coin toss for who will win or lose. 

$5 would keep our ads refuting Hogan’s misinformation campaign on the air.

$5 would expand our voter outreach efforts so we can knock on more doors to have higher voter turnout in Maryland.

$5 might not seem like a lot when you consider that GOP mega-donors have funneled over $22 MILLION into Larry Hogan’s super PAC to try and buy this seat and flip the Senate.

But unlike my Republican opponent, our campaign is a people-powered movement that depends on grassroots donors chipping in $5 to emails just like this one.   

It would mean so much to me to know that I have your support before I take the debate stage tonight. So please, will you make a split $5 contribution to my campaign and Gary Peters' to our people-powered campaigns so we can win this race and defend our Senate majority?
