We’re celebrating the people who’ve stayed home - and the doctors, nurses and key workers who can’t wait to get home. Whether you were born here, or you were drawn here, Britain’s lucky to have you.

This video is to say thank you to the millions of NHS staff, transport workers, cleaners, delivery drivers and other essential staff who’ve gone out so we can stay in.

So many of these people have chosen to make Britain their home - if this pandemic has shown us one thing, it’s how connected we all are, and how much we rely on each other.

Whether you’re a virtual pub quizzer, an NHS clapper or a back-garden sports star, we’ve all been spending more time at home.

Nothing will stop us being together, even when we’re apart.
