I've known Bilal for years and I've always found him to be a truly thoughtful leader.

Bilal is well-versed in the issues - he cares deeply about urbanism, housing, public safety, and the environment, and he would make history as the first Muslim person to serve on the Board of Supervisors, representation that is sorely lacking.

We're both children of immigrants. We've both started businesses in San Francisco. And we're both passionate about ensuring San Francisco remains an inclusive city for all.

He's a truly independent and innovative leader, not beholden to the failed status quo in our city.

He worked in the Obama Administration, led a SF community impact fund to combat income inequality, and introduced a resolution at the San Francisco Democratic Party to tackle hate crimes in our city that passed unanimously

Bilal stood by me in my own race for Supervisor from day 1.

Now, Bilal needs our support to bring change to City Hall.
