I hope everyone has had an amazing week! Thank you for taking the time to read this newsletter. I hope it provides you with valuable insights into the party's recent activities and progress.

On Tuesday, I had the opportunity to visit Walker County with Sen. Ted Cruz for his bus tour stop in Huntsville.

We must do everything possible to reelect Senator Cruz. He is on a 53 city tour on the Cruz bus. I plan to join him at multiple stops. Please bring your friends and family and meet the Senator and sign the bus!

On Monday, I was in Hamilton County meeting with County Chairs and Precinct Chairs—a great group of dedicated patriots already hard at work to get Republicans elected. Over the weekend, I spent time with Rockwall County Republicans, where they are training both new and seasoned volunteers to get involved and make a difference. That evening, Speaker Mike Johnson visited North Texas and shared his powerful vision for an American revival.

One thing is clear as I travel across this great state and meet with Texans: they are fed up with the Biden-Harris policies. They are fired up, and they are ready to take their country back!

November Election

I want to make something very clear: we must get behind EVERY Republican on the ballot. This is not the time to play primary. If you don’t like your nominee, you will have the chance to change that in the next primary. But today, we must elect EVERY Republican on the ballot. Once November is over, I will be with you to champion our conservative agenda in Austin and DC.

We must unite behind these three facts:

1. Democrats picking the next Speaker of the House is bad for Texas.

2. Democrats getting committee chairmanships is bad for Texas.

3. Electing more Democrats to the House is bad for Texas.

So, let’s get behind our candidates and get them elected.

Election Integrity

Election integrity continues to be a top priority for RPT. Our team has been working with Protect the Vote and County Chairs to ensure we have poll worker and poll watcher coverage across the state.

RPT is in direct communication with many stakeholders, including the Texas Secretary of State’s Office (SOS), to address election-related issues and find solutions. RPT raised the limited term driver’s license issue with the SOS. Yesterday, SOS issued an advisory on the issue. Please read Advisory No. 2024-30: Limited-Term Driver’s License and Identification Card in its entirety. To be clear, this is not RPT advice. Please remember that an election officer commits a class A misdemeanor by knowingly permitting an ineligible voter to vote (except for a provisional ballot in accordance with Tex. Elec. Code §63.001). See Tex. Elec. Code §63.012.

Additionally, we are working on legislative issues to be addressed during the 89th Legislature. On Wednesday, October 16, the Senate State Affairs Committee will hold a hearing on election issues including runoff elections, noncitizen voting, and election audit reports.

Billboards

It’s been great to see so many billboards supporting Trump as I travel across Texas and sent to our RPT email. Our billboards have been up for a week or so and have received great enthusiasm! Beyond billboards, we have coordinated and promoted various blockwalking efforts for races around the state, and will continue to keep it up.

With just 11 days until early voting kicks off, we're in the home stretch of what could be the most crucial election of our lives. As a party, we are doing all we can up and down the ballot to secure Republican victories statewide. There are many critical seats across the state that are available to flip red. Please consider contributing today to help our Republicans win big this November.
