I’m at the courthouse today rallying outside of the latest DACA hearing that could decide the fate of myself and hundreds and thousands of DACA recipients just like me.
We don’t know when we’ll hear a decision, or what the court will decide, but we have to be prepared for the worst-case scenario. The 5th Circuit Court has ruled against DACA before and they could do so again, and rip away our life-changing protections in the process.
But we don’t have to wait for a decision to take action. President Biden and Congress can take action to protect DACA recipients right now, before the decision comes down that could decide our fate.

DACA has been a revolutionary program for so many of us. It afforded me the chance to work and pursue higher education, free from the threat of deportation.
Now, the fate of the program is once again vulnerable to a court’s decision. But, we know that DACA is right and legal. We have won before and we will do it again!
