President Donald J. Trump, Our President
The Colorado Trump Rally Is Sold Out!

On Friday October 11th, at 1:00PM, President Trump will speak at the Gaylord Denver on illegal immigration and Venezuelan gangs. If you have your ticket, continue reading for more info on this event.

Colorado Republicans,

We cannot wait to see you at the Gaylord Hotel this Friday for a memorable and important event- President Trump's rally!

We have received many requests and questions about this rally, and we want to provide you with the most accurate information possible. We do not have access to tickets or ticketing information. This rally is run by President Trump's team, so unfortunately we cannot answer questions about your text or email confirmations.

The rally will be held in the Aurora Exhibition Hall at Gaylord, which is part of the Convention Center. This is the same area in which many of you attended the Western Conservative Summit.

The most common question we are receiving is, "What if I registered for a ticket but did not receive a confirmation?" You do not need a confirmation of a ticket to attend. Your phone and email address are on file. You may also use a ticket given to you by someone else. That said, a ticket does not guarantee you a place at the rally. A ticket only guarantees you the ability to stand in line for entry. There is a chance you may not receive a seat; remember, this is a chance to see President Trump!

The best way to increase your chances of attendance is to arrive at the Gaylord early. While doors open at 9:00 AM, the lines for entry will be packed by 7:00 AM, if not 5:00 AM. You should arrive as early as possible and plan to stand in line most of the day. We are hearing that many people will start lining up on Thursday night, so again…you cannot arrive too early. To make the waiting experience more comfortable, consider bringing snacks, water, and chairs.

There is no onsite parking for this event! Only hotel guests will be permitted to park onsite. If you would like to reserve a room, Gaylord still has rooms available ([link removed]) .
* There will be parking for attendees in the surrounding areas. The parking lots at 56^th and Himalaya and 61^st and Pena are available for parking. There are shuttles that will take you to and from the hotel. You may need cash for shuttles and parking lots.
* Please wear comfortable shoes if you are not staying at the Gaylord. In the event the shuttles are full, you may need to walk a long distance to the hotel.

Handicapped parking is available, but it is extremely limited. We have probably received over one hundred questions about handicapped parking, indicating the demand will rapidly outpace the supply of parking spaces. We are told these spaces will likely be taken by 7:00 AM Friday. You should plan to make alternative arrangements for handicapped parking.

According to the Gaylord’s GM, there will not be a designated handicapped entrance. Please plan ahead for your comfort and safety.

If you have VIP tickets, you should receive an email in the next 12-20 hours with more information.

There will be a crowd of anti-Trump liberals outside the venue. Keep in mind, these unhinged progressives are angry and looking for attention and a confrontation. Please do not give them what they want.
Do not bring any of these items to the venue:
* Aerosols
* Ammunition
* Animals (other than service/guide animals)
* Backpacks, bags exceeding size restrictions
* Bicycles
* Balloons
* Coolers
* Drones and other unmanned aircraft systems
* Explosives of any kind (including fireworks)
* Firearms- you will be removed
* Glass, thermal, or metal containers
* Knives (of any kind)
* Laser pointers
* Mace and/or pepper spray
* Packages
* Selfie sticks
* Structures
* Signs exceeding the size restrictions (20’ x 3’ x 1/4”)
* Supports for signs/placards
* Toy guns
* Recreational motorized mobility devices
* Weapons of any kind
* And any other items determined to be potential safety hazards

Also, please note, purses and backpacks are not permitted at this event. The largest-sized bag permitted inside will be about the size of a clutch, a maximum size of 4.5 by 6.5 inches, or clear bags that are a maximum size of 12 inches by 6 inches by 12 inches.

We are extremely honored to have President Trump speak in Aurora this Friday, and we cannot wait to see so many conservative Coloradans under one roof! Please enjoy this rare experience and let us know if you have any questions. Have a great time this Friday!

Colorado GOP Leadership Team
