As our teams work around the clock to help children impacted by the coronavirus pandemic, we knew #GivingTuesdayNow was going to be a critically important day for our efforts. We also knew we could count on this community of compassionate people like you to step up at a moment as critical as this. But we didn't know just how overwhelming the outpouring of generosity would be.

It was incredibly moving to see so many supporters like you come together alongside the rest of the world on that global day of giving and generosity to provide support for the children who need it most. I wanted to personally say thank you, from the bottom of my heart.

Because of supporters like you, more children will get the nutritious meals they need to keep their brains and bellies full while they're out of school. More children will get access to the critical medicine and lifesaving care they need to stay healthy and safe. More children will get protection from violence, abuse and neglect.

At a time when good news is difficult to come by, I wanted to make sure you knew just how big of a lifesaving impact this community made for vulnerable children.
