Abortion Rights: Andrea helped pass Oregon’s law protecting abortion, while her opponent has repeatedly criticized that same legislation.

Andrea supports a federal law reinstating Roe v. Wade protections. Her opponent backed a national abortion ban with no exceptions for rape or incest — and some of his allies are even attacking contraceptives and IVF.

The differences don’t get much starker than that.

Health Care: Andrea’s committed to making healthcare more affordable and accessible. In Oregon, she expanded our access to mental health services and helped pass legislation lowering prescription drug prices.

Meanwhile, her opponent opposed measures to allow Medicare to negotiate lower drug prices, as well as measures to improve mental health and substance abuse care.

Democracy: Andrea believes in protecting our democracy, win or lose. Her opponent, however, supported sham “audits” of the 2020 election and echoed Donald Trump’s baseless conspiracy theories.
