We Dream in Black [[link removed]] , a powerful initiative of the National Domestic Workers Alliance, shines a light on the voices, experiences, and leadership of Black, Afro-Latina, and Afro-descendant domestic workers.

This initiative plays a vital role in organizing and uplifting some of the most overlooked workers in our society, advocating for their rights, dignity, and fair treatment. Through community-building and collective action, We Dream in Black ensures that Black domestic workers are not only seen and valued but also empowered as they continue to shape the care economy and the broader fight for justice.
