The theme for this year was School Nurses: Supporting Students in Times of Crisis. I hope you had a chance to see my video thanking you for all you do. I celebrate your leadership, and your impact on our students, today and always! Whether we are in person or online, our school nurses play an integral role in our school communities. School Nurse Day is also an apt time to once again recognize several of our 2020 NASN Award Winners! For the NASN Scholarship Awards, Endowment Education Scholarships have gone to Chantee Hale, Nancy Jenks, Mary Elaine Knight, and Lisa Peterson. For the RN to BSN Educational Advancement Scholarships, congratulations to Erica Ward. We are looking forward to celebrating all of our award recipients in conjunction with Virtual NASN2020.
