Frank’s commitment to our community extends far beyond the lab. He’s been a steadfast voice for progress, advocating for better healthcare policies and a safer food supply. Now, he’s running to bring that same drive to the Delaware House of Representatives.

This is Frank's second campaign for State Representative. In 2022 he ran hard but lost to his entrenched Republican opponent, Mike Ramone, by just 41 votes. Every little bit helps and can turn the tide in these closely contested local races.
