There’s a number that’s been on my mind a lot lately, John: 3,562.
That’s the number of votes I won my first Senate race by—and this race could be even closer.
Mitch McConnell is making me his top target this cycle, and his super PAC buddies are cashing in nearly $90 million in ads to tear me down. Keep in mind, that’s more outside cash than all of my previous races combined.
We might get outspent but we sure as hell won’t get outworked. I’ve won tough fights before because I’ve had people like you at my back. Now I’m asking for your help again.
Polling experts have this race rated as a toss-up, which means we need all the resources we can get to build a winning operation.
Look John, I’m no stranger to tough elections, but I’ve never run a race like this. Will you make a donation to my campaign before midnight?

I couldn’t be more grateful for your support. Thanks for helping me out today.
