Who is this meeting for?

This roundtable is geared towards members of the community that provide services in our Homelessness Prevention and Response System (HPRS).

The objectives of this meeting are to:

Gain a clear understanding of the key system performance measures and their importance
Review baseline data on these critical measures. This data is based on HMIS Data from the
- Length of Time Homeless
- Returns to Homelessness
- Exits to Permanent Housing
- Increasing income
  - For leavers
  - For stayers

At future roundtables we will work together to:

Develop high impact strategies to improve system performance based on performance analysis findings
Implement and manage performance improvement strategies
Create a plan to continuously evaluate performance improvement strategies to make mid-course corrections as needed

Why are we analyzing performance?

To better understand how our homeless response system currently serves people.
To determine whether the system is serving different populations and household types equitably—are there disparities in access, services, or outcomes?
To identify contributing factors, gaps, and areas for improvement.
To help determine funding priorities.
To demonstrate the need for new resources.
