Kamala Harris claimed responsibility for the ATF's infringements—every banned gun and part—over the last four years. 

But to make matters even worse, her executive order abuses the new “enhanced background check” process to “red flag” prospective gun buys – resulting in purchase denial and gun confiscation.

She uses this new process as a firearm confiscation tool in a 3-step process:

1. An 18-20-year-old adult tries to lawfully buy a gun.
2. The government “red flags” the purchaser.
3. The purchase is denied. Any pre-owned firearms are confiscated.

John, the White House just made a huge mistake by reminding gun owners of Kamala’s radical, gun-grabbing agenda, with the election a mere month or so away.

Gun Owners of America is seizing the opportunity to reach the more than 10 million gun owners and hunters who are unregistered to vote, predominantly in battleground states like Pennslyvania, Texas, and Montana.
