When students see all their classmates' identities represented in schoolwork, celebrated in classrooms, and included in sports, they carry this spirit of inclusion into adulthood.
GLSEN’s work is instrumental in making this possible. We support teachers in creating inclusive environments through educator trainings and programs like our Rainbow Library. We inspire students to lead change through student-led GSA clubs, and we work with policymakers nationwide to advocate for policies that foster positive, safe school climates for all students.
