WASHINGTON POST: Trump says he will block coronavirus aid for U.S. Postal Service if it doesn’t hike prices immediately

The United States Postal Service could run out of money by June -- and Donald Trump won’t support any aid unless postage rates quadruple.

Record-breaking numbers have applied to vote by mail in July’s Democraic primary. And many states have responded to coronavirus by switching to mail-only voting.

But without the United States Postal Service, mail-in balloting would be a disaster, disenfranchising millions.

In Congress, Arati will defend the USPS and universal mail service to both urban and rural areas. And she’ll defend our right to vote.

Congress must include relief for the USPS in the next coronavirus bill. Stand with Arati and sign on: Save the USPS!

Thanks for standing up.
