FACT: This race was extremely close in 2022, and polling shows it’s going to be even closer this time around. The latest poll shows that we’re trailing for the first time in this race.

FACT: Dave’s opponent, Scott Baugh, is a MAGA extremist who has pledged to support a national abortion ban, without exceptions. A vote for Baugh is a vote for Trump.

FACT: Republican super PACs have named Dave one of their top targets, so we’re looking at millions of dollars in attack ads over the final weeks of this race.

FACT: Voting has already started in California so we’re running out of time to correct the record and reach out to voters. 

We can’t take anything for granted. So in order to keep up our momentum and win, we need your help today.
