John,

I’ve always prioritized the issues that matter most to Eastern Connecticut families — from bringing thousands of good-paying jobs through shipbuilding to supporting vocational education. I’m committed to delivering real results for our communities. Our efforts to grow the local economy have led to major success, including launching the Manufacturing Pipeline Initiative, closing the skills gap, and driving faster job growth more than any other part of Connecticut.

But while I’m focused on creating opportunity and security for everyone, my opponent is doing the opposite—especially when it comes to women’s health and safety. Before I say more, will you contribute $, $, or even $ today to help us defeat extremism and protect Connecticut’s future? [[link removed]]

My opponent has consistently opposed bipartisan legislation aimed at increasing public safety. He was one of a small group of naysayers who voted against Jennifer’s Law , a bill designed to protect victims of domestic violence, and he opposed a bill to cover access to 3D mammograms that passed 141-3, an essential tool for detecting breast cancer. And more recently, he’s been making headlines for a very odd, misleading Facebook post on Breast Cancer Awareness Month that has been disowned by leaders of his own party. His record speaks for itself—he has consistently worked to undermine the health and safety of women in Connecticut.

But John, elections are costly and we need funds to build campaign infrastructure, advertise on television, social media, and radio, and have the on-the-ground presence necessary to make sure every voter has a plan to vote. Please consider chipping in today: [[link removed]]
