plan to give taxpayer benefits to illegal immigrants is in danger of being shut
down.

Josh Riley and his DC lawyers sent a letter to multiple TV stations
threatening legal action if they didn’t take down the ad —effectively censoring
the Republican final pitch to voters!

Riley’s desperate to get this ad taken down because they know how devastating
his open border’s record is to his campaign. And in a TOSS-UP race, keeping ads
like this on the air could make the difference between victory and defeat in
