I won one of the closest House races in the country in 2022 – it was decided by less than two percentage points, and it was a total toss-up until Election Day.
This year, we’re in a similar situation, and I won’t sugarcoat it: we could be in real trouble. Our race is still a TOTAL TOSS-UP, with just 28 days to go.
We’re among the most competitive seats in the country, and Republicans think they have a real shot at defeating me and flipping this seat red. They’re spending big in an effort to do it – they’ve already poured over $11 million into attack ads against me in my own district.
