Liz: Hey there, it's Liz Dunning reaching out with Brady's senior counsel and director of state and federal policy, Tanya Schardt.

Tanya: Hi, we're reaching out because the Supreme Court just heard arguments on whether or not the U.S. government can regulate so-called "ghost guns."

Liz: That's right. These are firearms without serial numbers that anyone can assemble from parts that can be bought online.

Tanya: Brady has been part of the fight to get these dangerous, untraceable weapons out of our communities for years – we even filed the first-ever lawsuits suing ghost gun manufacturers in civil court.

Liz: The fact that SCOTUS agreed to hear this case is HUGE. The outcome could save the lives of hundreds of people – or it could put hundreds more firearms in the streets.

Tanya: The court will now move into deliberating and we cannot let up on this.

Liz: We're calling on gun safety advocates to make your voices heard at this critical moment: Before it’s too late, will you respond to Brady's urgent poll and make it clear the American people want deadly ghost guns regulated once and for all!

Tanya: Thank you for your support. This is how we win!

Should ghost guns be regulated?
