  • Providing monthly supervision and support?to foster carers and connected?(kinship) carers.
  • Supporting?foster/ connected carers?to promote placement stabilty and positive outcomes for children in thier care.
  • Ensure that all foster carers?are compliant with Fostering?National Minimum standards. ?
  • Supporting foster carers to access wider agency support and training.
  • Working with wider agencies, such as children in care teams to support in meeting the child/ren care plan.

? Ensuring documentation and administration of project is compliant with all funding and governance requirements
? Conducting Procurement Checks in line with Organisational & Partners Service Level Agreements
