Complete details on voting by mail in both Maryland and the District of Columbia are now posted on the Metro Council’s website. “The Metropolitan Washington Council is encouraging all D.C. voters to request a mail-in ballot so that you can vote at home and avoid in-person voting,” says MWC Political Director David Stephen.
