We talk a lot about how we’re the only state in the entire country that has the opportunity to flip its Supreme Court.

How a Democratic majority would rightly enforce the abortion protections we enshrined in the state constitution, while a Republican majority would unravel them. How a Democratic majority would support fair election maps, while a Republican majority would allow partisan gerrymandering.

Here’s the harsh reality: if Republicans sweep the races next month, the Ohio Supreme Court will have a GOP SUPERMAJORITY of 6-1.

The court will rubber stamp any and every action out-of-touch Ohio Republicans put forward.
