Conrad Bhamani is a Manager at the IQVIA Institute for Human Data Science. His key areas of interest include healthcare policy, U.S. market access, and economic modeling. Conrad has authored or contributed to multiple reports on long-term infused biosimilar sustainability, the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022, and other areas of U.S. healthcare policy. He previously worked in IQVIA’s Market Access and Strategy Consulting group; prior to joining IQVIA, he worked as an oncology researcher at Harvard Medical School / Massachusetts General Hospital.

Craig Burton
Senior VP of Policy and Strategic Alliances, Assn. for Accessible Medicines; Executive Director, Biosimilars Council

Craig Burton is the Senior Vice President of Policy and Strategic Alliances for the Association for Accessible Medicines and the Executive Director of the Biosimilars Council. In his current role, Craig is responsible for leading policy development and issues management for AAM, directing the Biosimilars Council, and building relationships with strategic partners in the health care sector, including patient advocacy groups.

Dr. Wayne Winegarden
Director, Center for Medical Economics and Innovation, Pacific Research Institute

Wayne Winegarden, Ph.D., is a Sr. Fellow in Business & Economics, Pacific Research Institute, as well as the Director of PRI’s Center for Medical Economics and Innovation. Dr. Winegarden’s policy research explores the connection between macroeconomic policies and economic outcomes, with a focus on fiscal policy, the health care industry, and the energy sector. As Director of the Center for Medical Economics and Innovation, Dr. Winegarden spearheads research and advances policies that support the continued viability and vitality of the U.S. biomedical and pharmaceutical industries to the benefit of patients and overall economic growth.
