Good morning,
This is a reminder that the Community Coordination Roundtable will be held today, Oct. 8 at 1 p.m. This is a hybrid meeting. Join virtually here or attend at the ACEH office located at: 3427 E. Tudor Road, Suite A
Who is this meeting for?
This roundtable is geared towards members of the community that provide services in our Homelessness Prevention and Response System (HPRS). This meeting will focus on section 1C of the NOFO collaborative application. Section 1C focuses on Coordination and Engagement - Coordination with Federal, State, Local, Private, and Other Organizations. Last year we scored 25 of the possible 29 points of the section. Let’s get more this year!
We will be going through the questions one by one and answering to the best of our knowledge. I will take notes on screen, then rewrite them into narrative style answers the following day to save time for more questions in the meeting.
The questions ask about the following:
Consultation with ESG Program Recipients
Ensuring Families are not Separated
CoC Collaboration Related to Children and Youth–SEAs, LEAs, School Districts
Formal Partnerships with Youth Education Providers, SEAs, LEAs, School Districts
Written/Formal Agreements or Partnerships with Early Childhood Services Providers
Addressing Needs of Survivors of Domestic Violence, Dating Violence, Sexual Assault, and Stalking–Collaboration with Federally Funded Programs and Victim Service Providers
Identifying and Removing Barriers for Survivors of Domestic Violence, Dating Violence, Sexual Assault, and Stalking
Addressing the Needs of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Queer+– Anti-Discrimination Policy and Equal Access Trainings

Cheers,
Mac
