Citizens' Climate Lobby

Hi John,

When people who care about the climate show up at the polls, we send an undeniable signal that climate change is an important election issue. This October, we’re encouraging all CCL volunteers to make a plan to vote and help ensure that their friends and family have a plan in place, too 🙌

To help you get started, Vote.gov provides resources for checking your voter registration, making your voting plan, and seeing what elections are happening in your area.

Commit to Voting

After clicking the button, you can get started with these three actions:

1. Make your plan to vote: Decide how and when you’re going to vote, whether it’s early, by mail, or in person 🤔

2. Double check what’s on your ballot: Being informed about candidates and measures that impact climate policy is key 🔑

3. Help others make their plan: Encourage your friends, family, and neighbors to get ready to vote by forwarding them this email, sending them a quick text, or calling them up ☎️

Voting is one of the most powerful actions we can take to protect our planet. Every vote is crucial in making sure that local, state, and federal climate champions are the ones making decisions that affect our planet and future generations.

Click here to commit to voting this election. Thanks for making your voice and the voices of those around you heard this election season 🗣

With gratitude,

Brett Cease
