Last month the House passed my bill, the Maintaining American Superiority by Improving Export Control Transparency Act. This legislation ensures accountability and transparency in the export control process when American goods and technologies are sent abroad. By strengthening our export controls, we can ensure that state-of-the-art American technology and products don't wind up in the hands of our foremost adversaries, namely China or Russia, while putting American interests first! I'm proud of the support this bill received, and I urge the Senate to swiftly consider this legislation!

I joined my colleagues to express our strong opposition to efforts now underway by the Biden-Harris administration, the CCP, the United Nations, and the World Economic Forum to surrender the sovereignty of the United States to the unaccountable bureaucrats at the World Health Organization.

The V-22 Osprey, despite recent criticism, has a strong safety record and remains a critical asset for U.S. military operations. Beyond its favorable safety record, the Osprey offers significant advantages and capabilities that conventional helicopters cannot match. Its unique tilt-rotor design enables it to take off and land in confined spaces while flying faster and farther than traditional helicopters.
 
It is the duty of Congress to rely on facts, not fears, when evaluating the V-22 Osprey. This aircraft is a combat-proven asset that deserves our continued support and investment.
