Friend,

Happy Tuesday! Welcome back to another edition of our weekly Kean for Congress
newsletter update!

There are only 28 days until Election Day. I want to take a moment to just say
thank you for all the hard work everyone reading this email has helped to put
in. Campaigns are not easy, and I look forward to seeing the culmination of all
of our hard work on Nov. 5th when we send Tom back to Congress.

Thousands of vote-by-mail ballots have been returned already, and the Early
Voting period is just under three weeks away. Please consider volunteering to
phone bank, knock doors, or make yard signs so we can maintain our momentum,
break further ahead, and run up the score before Election Day.

This past week, Tom and our campaign team attended in-district events,
fundraised ahead of the Q3 close, door knocked and phone banked. Thanks to your
help, we out-walked and out-called our opponent's team. Let's double down on
our efforts together next week and continue to beat her on the grassroots level.

This coming week is a BIG ONE. Tom and his opponent will go head-to-head in
the NJ-07 New Jersey Globe Debate. Tom is fired-up, and we hope you will watch
and cheer him on! The Debate will be held onSunday, October 13th, at 8:00p
streaming live for free on theNew Jersey Globe website.
<[link removed]> We will send out details for debate watch parties
this week and hope to see you there!

Our Field Team spent the week organizing volunteers and working with our local
campaign partners on the ground. With their help our Get Out The Vote (GOTV)
efforts are proving successful. We hosted our usual weekly phone banks, and
increased our door-to-door canvassing goal across all six counties. We put up
some impressive numbers you can more read about below.

This week, our comms team highlighted our key alliances with labor unions
<[link removed]>
, announced some brand new endorsements, and boosted law enforcements'
blistering response
<[link removed]>
to our opponent's misleading television ad. Follow us on social media so you
don't miss out on any updates from our comms team!

Most vote-by-mail voters should have received their ballots this past week,
especially in outstanding counties like Somerset and Union. Please make sure to
check your mailbox for your ballot, complete it and send it back by using
either a secure dropbox, the U.S. Postal Service, or by delivering it to your
county Board of Elections. You can still request a vote-by-mail ballot if you
would like until October 29th. You can find more information on all ways to
vote and participate by visiting ourVoter Resources Page
<[link removed]>. Please make sure to complete your
ballot and return it before November 5th. Questions? Click this link

✅ Kean Visits FY25 Community Project Funding Site in Mountainside ✅

This past week, Tom continued his FY25 Community Project Funding Tour in
Mountainside. He met with Mountainside Mayor Paul Mirabelli and other local
officials to discuss local law enforcement needs in preparation for the FY25
appropriations process. Tom has requested $63,250 in funding for Mountainside
Borough Hall, which would be used to install new security cameras at both the
Borough Hall and the fire department, along with a computerized badge access
system.

“With the uptick of crime in our neighborhoods, it is crucial that public
safety buildings are updated with modern technology to enhance security
measures, improve surveillance capabilities, and ensure the safety of
residents, visitors, and staff alike.”

- Congressman Tom Kean, Jr.

<mailto:[email protected]>. Tom will continue to be all across the district this
week speaking with voters and attending events.

The Field Team put our lawn sign blitz plan into motion, scheduled upcoming
door launches, and activated volunteers. They prepped walk lists for local
candidates, and also prepared significant resources for the upcoming labor

of the infrastructure needed to get signs all across NJ-07.

We have a number of scheduled launches in the coming weeks, including with our
partners in labor. We hope to see you there. Our weekly door goal is once again
increasing significantly next week, and we must make sure we are doing
everything we can to reach the voters we need to.Don't forget to click our

Kean for Congress continued our phone banking efforts with four organized
phone banks this week - Union, Hunterdon, Warren and Somerset. This week we
were able to call over 20,000 voters across all six counties. This was our best
week on phones yet. The phone banks and the work of our remote callers is
producing real results and valuable voter contacts, as well as chasing
outstanding vote-by-mail ballots to be returned. We also sent out over116,000
text messages to residents and voters. We honed in on GOP voters who have yet
to return their ballots, as well as some general GOTV messaging. Did you get a
text?

We have a minimum of two to three phone banks a week that you can join from
now until Election Day! Our county organizations are launching their
vote-by-mail chase efforts on phones this week. We will continue our texting
banks - an easy way to get involved - to continue to put up points on the board.

Tom Kean Jr. is the proud husband to Rhonda, and the proud father to two
daughters. Their family resides in the wonderful town of Westfield, New Jersey.

Tom’s dedication and commitment to public service was inspired at a young age
by his grandfather who served in the U.S. House of Representatives, and his
father who served as Governor of New Jersey.

Throughout Tom’s life, he has followed in their footsteps while setting forth
his own path of public service—now serving as a first-termCongressman for New
Jersey’s 7th District.

Kean's mission is simple:

For New Jersey.

For America.

For All Of Us.

Last cycle, NJ-07 was one of the KEY districts responsible for flipping the
House from Democrat Rule. This November, you can bet the Radical Left will be
gunning for Kean in their efforts to take back Congress.Would you please
consider chipping in today ($5, $10, $15, or any amount you can spare) to help
Tom counter the attacks that WILL be headed his way?
