Jack,
As you know, we're now less than a month from the 2024 elections. Most everyone is following every social media post and breaking news article from the presidential election but just as critical is our ability to hold the Senate. A Kamala Harris presidency with a Republican Senate would be … problematic.
The problem is, the Senate map is difficult. Democrats have a 2-seat advantage, but with a guaranteed loss in West Virginia, they can’t afford to lose any more seats.
Democrats are competitive in Texas and Florida, but we need to expand the map further, and here’s the shocking (but very real) news: Nebraska is a Senate pickup opportunity.
The race between independent labor leader Dan Osborn and unpopular Republican Sen. Deb Fischer is shaping up to be one of the most competitive in the country. And given that this is Nebraska, there is no better bang-for-buck in your political giving than this race. In fact, Osborn needs only $2 million to run his entire campaign (Harris and her allies have raised over $1 billion for the presidential race.). He’s three-quarters of the way there, which means your dollars will go further here than quite literally anywhere else.
I wrote up the race here, if you want more details. Guys, this is a good one.
I’m joining forces with Dan Osborn, a passionate advocate for change, to make sure we capitalize on this opportunity to flip a seat from red to blue. Please help Dan get the resources he needs to finish this last month strong.
