Today, Monday, October 7, is the Ohio voter registration deadline, and early voting kicks off tomorrow!
This November, I am facing off against two opponents. With voters getting ready to cast their ballots, it’s essential that we don’t lose momentum and have the resources we need in these final 30 days to hold onto this seat and defeat extremism in all its forms.
There’s a choice to be made in November: the Harris and Walz ticket, myself, and Democrats up and down the ballot who stand for progress and the future. Or convicted felon Donald Trump, his weird running mate J.D. Vance, and their MAGA friends who are determined to strip away our rights and dismantle our democracy.
We cannot afford to have anyone sit on the sidelines. We must move fast to reach voters and ensure they know what’s at stake.
As a Cuyahoga County Council member and Chairwoman of the Cuyahoga County Democratic Party, Shontel Brown has spent the last decade serving the people of Ohio and building coalitions. Now, as the Congresswoman for Ohio’s 11th District, she will fight for affordable quality health care, jobs that pay fair wages, a strong public education system, and equity and justice for all. Will you join her and be the change we need?
