It is a national disgrace that FEMA, under the Biden-Harris Administration, has squandered $1.4 billion in taxpayer funds given to radical immigration NGOs, that facilitate illegal immigration, while Americans suffer. 

Thousands are suffering without power, food, or water amidst the wreckage of their homes destroyed by Hurricane Helene, and the Biden-Harris Administration refuses to act. FEMA is now saying it doesn't have the money to help our displaced neighbors get back on their feet. Meanwhile, millions of dollars flow to illegal aliens, who break our laws and put a massive strain on our communities.

This blatant misallocation of taxpayer funds leaves our citizens abandoned when they need help most. I have been leading the charge against this unacceptable use of our tax dollars that favors illegal immigrants over suffering Americans.

Congress must pass my legislation, H.R.3638 – Protecting Federal Funds from Human Trafficking and Smuggling Act, which will prevent the DHS and FEMA from allocating your tax dollars to fund illegal immigration.

I am demanding immediate reform to ensure the public’s safety and security are no longer sidelined by the Biden-Harris Administration's reckless and out-of-touch policies.
