To have the support from President Obama is a humbling moment. I was proud to volunteer for his campaign in 2008 and 2012, and I’m so proud to have his support in mine. He is a true public servant and a determined campaigner who has fought hard to better our nation. He believes in the grassroots movement we've built — a movement that includes you. Together, with Barack Obama fighting alongside us, we will defeat Rick Scott and protect our Democratic Senate majority!

And today, my campaign is proud to launch an ad featuring President Obama speaking to the importance of our race. You can watch that ad here — I hope you love it as much as I do.

This endorsement will fuel a huge amount of momentum, but we cannot rest on our laurels for a second. In fact, President Obama's endorsement and belief in this race is a signal for us to work even harder. Because right now, polls show me in a statistical tie with Rick Scott, but he's already spent $37 MILLION on ads to defeat me.
