To understand how devastating a Trump win would be, all we need
to do is look at how the Court decided two recent cases:

* In Sackett v. EPA (2023), the Court gutted the EPA's
ability to protect wetlands that provide critical habitat to
wildlife and supply drinking water for millions of people.
* In Loper Bright Enterprises v. Raimondo (2024), the Court
overturned the longstanding legal precedent known as the "Chevron
deference," now giving unaccountable and politically biased
judges the power to second-guess important agencies like the EPA
and overturn their policies.

Now imagine an even more extreme Supreme Court, making even
more destructive decisions for decades. It's beyond frightening.
We simply can't give Trump the chance to appoint more justices.

We urgently need your help now to reach and educate voters
before Election Day, defend vital new investments in clean energy
from MAGA extremists in Congress, and counter increasing
disinformation about our environment.
