Friend,
I went to Cuba yesterday to attend a meet and greet hosted by a Republican. When he introduced me, he talked about good government, about the proposals I have [eladgross.org/solutions] to actually help Missourians, and about why folks should look past party on this race for Attorney General specifically. He said it might seem strange that he was the one introducing me, but he really wanted folks to keep an open mind.
We had a great discussion along with a very full coloring table.

I spoke to one lady who regularly goes to the local Republican meetings. Liberty Belle got her vote, but we talked a lot about mismanagement in our government and the astronomical waste we're seeing as a result. That's why I've proposed starting a Public Corruption Unit.
I spoke to a man about the illegal gambling machines in gas stations throughout Missouri. He wanted to know why our Attorney General wasn't doing anything about them, and he didn't know that Andrew Bailey took money from the illegal gambling companies and then dropped his representation against those same companies [[link removed]] .
There were some people in town who were worried about attending a Democrat's event. Some folks who stayed home even asked how the event was going while it was happening. It's a shame how polarized our politics has become.
It doesn't have to be this way. We can have an Attorney General who represents us regardless of party, who enforces the law, prosecutes corruption, makes our neighborhoods safer, makes our phones usable again, and stops wasting our money. We can have good government in Missouri again.
This is a winnable race. The problem is a lot of folks do not know much about the Attorney General's Office. When they do, most folks want a change.
We need help with advertising and volunteering. Of all the campaigns in Missouri, we are reaching the most voters. We're having great conversations with folks. I need your help doing it.
If you want an Attorney General who works for us, if you want good government again, I need you to donate, sign up to volunteer, and talk to your friends.

P.S. This weekend was the 20th anniversary of the Clayton Greyhound Football State Championship. I was very fortunate to get to see my old teammates. This was a team that went through a lot together, and I wouldn't be where I am today without these guys.
Every kid in our state deserves to have such incredible opportunity and community, and I can't wait to bring some Greyhound Pride to Jefferson City.
