John — This morning, the U.S. Supreme Court will reconvene for the first day of their new term. If you believe the Court is in need of key reforms, click here >> [[link removed]]

Over the next few months, these nine justices will hear oral arguments in cases that will have real, tangible impact on millions of people’s lives — voting rights, LGBTQ+ rights, gun control, and more.

And yet, a recent poll found that as many as seven in 10 Americans think that the justices shape the law to fit their own ideologies, putting their own self-interest over impartiality.

With the public losing faith in the high court’s impartiality and authority, SCOTUS reform is needed — and urgently. Add your name to say you support plans to reform the Supreme Court and protect the rule of law. [[link removed]]

Here’s the good news, John: President Biden has laid out a bold plan to reform the Supreme Court and protect the rule of law:

1. No immunity for crimes a former president committed while in office
2. 18-year term limits for Supreme Court justices
3. A binding code of conduct for the Supreme Court

A.G. Holder has long championed similar reforms to strengthen the Supreme Court, saying, “ These proposals will ensure justices bend less to partisan winds and special interests and move toward a fair evaluation of the law. ”

To get a plan like this over the finish line, we need every member of this grassroots team with us. Join President Biden and A.G. Holder by adding your name to say you support SCOTUS reform. [[link removed]]
