We're reaching out to ask you to split a $10 contribution to Fight for Progress and Rebecca's General Election campaign in WI-03. We're up against our first major challenge in this race, so we hope you’ll give me a moment to explain why this request is so urgent.

It's only been a few weeks since our primary election win. It was a competitive race that required us to spend down to near-zero to win.

We're glad Democrats are now unified, but the problem we're facing is Derrick Van Orden did not have a contested primary. He was able to build a huge war chest thanks to his special interest and far-right donors.

To be completely frank, we’re starting at a fairly significant financial disadvantage. And Van Orden’s plan is to bury us in wave after wave of expensive attacks before we can gather the resources to respond – which is why we’re reaching out:

We don't expect you to donate to every email, but less than 5% of Rebecca's supporters have made their first donation to our campaign. We really need to grow that number to keep pace with Van Orden. Can you split a donation between Rebecca and Fight For Progress today?
