Welcome back to Team Elise's weekly newsletter! We send a note to Elise's
supporters weekly to update them on what she's working on in Capitol Hill and
across NY-21.


Here are a few top Team Elise updates and stories we have been tracking for
the past week!


Elise Makes Stops in Oneida County Newly Redistricted into NY-21


On Thursday, Elise joined Oneida County Executive Anthony Picente and local
elected officials for a series of events including meetings with local
officials, a tour of Rome Health, and a rally with supporters.

Earlier this week Elise announced she has earned a record-high 52 endorsements
from Oneida County elected officials including Republicans, Conservatives,
Democrats, and Independents with endorsements from every town in the county.


Elise stated –


“Thank you to our volunteers and supporters from our events today in Rome! I
am excited to earn the support of Oneida county voters who are newly drawn into
NY-21. Lots of energy as we head into the final 34 days of the election to Save
America!”

Following the tour of Rome Health, Elise posted on X –


“Great to visit Rome Health in Oneida County to learn about this important
hospital to families in the region. It is an incredible success story of
expanding access to care with a focus on primary, maternity, and specialty
care. I look forward to working with the team at this hospital and local
elected officials to deliver results for Upstate hospitals and healthcare.”

After meeting with local leaders, Elise went to see the damage in Rome caused
by tornadoes earlier this year. She stated –


“Today I participated in a local and county elected roundtable in Rome hosted
by Oneida County Executive Tony Picente at the great DeSalvo Restaurant. We
discussed economic development, crime, agriculture, healthcare, and other
county issues. I then toured with the Rome Mayor to see damage from the tornado
and I am committed to helping work through FEMA for resources.”

Elise Serves as Team Trump Surrogate at Vice Presidential Debate


On Tuesday, Elise had a front row seat to JD Vance’s resounding victory over
Tim Walz at the Vice Presidential debate in New York City. As a Team Trump
surrogate, Elise spent the evening in the pre- and post-debate spin room
reminding the mainstream media that Donald Trump and JD Vance are speaking to
the issues that matter most to everyday Americans.

Following the debate Elise stated –


“Tonight was an absolutely dominating victory for JD Vance over radical Far
Left Democrat Tim Walz. Senator Vance shared his extraordinary personal story
with the American people, one that resonates with so many hard working American
families who feel left behind because of the failed policies of Kamala Harris
and Joe Biden.

Senator Vance laid out an America First plan with President Trump’s
successful border and economic policies, exposed the failed woke agenda of
Kamala Harris, and held the biased moderators accountable for attempting to
prop up the flailing Tim Walz. Senator Vance’s dominating performance in this
final debate sets up the Trump-Vance ticket for momentum heading into the final
weeks of the election this November.”

Prior to the debate, Elise joined Carl Higbie on Newsmax where she discussed
how only a Trump-Vance administration can save America and fix what Joe Biden
and Kamala Harris broke over the last three and a half years. Earlier in the
day, she joined CBS Mornings to discuss new presidential polls, the issues that
matter most to Americans, and her expectations for JD Vance’s debate
performance.

Illegal Northern Border Crossings Skyrocket 50x Under Kamala’s Watch


Open Border Czar Kamala Harris’ disastrous policies have led to a 50-fold
spike in illegal crossings along a stretch of the US-Canada border that
includes northern New York.

the failed open border policies of open border czar Kamala Harris and
incentivized by the disastrous sanctuary city policies of Kathy Hochul, Eric
Adams, Chuck Schumer, and Far Left NY Democrats. As the Representative of
NY-21, I have seen firsthand the destruction caused to our communities by this
crisis Democrats created. While Far Left Democrats put the interests of illegal
immigrants over Americans, House Republicans are fighting to return to the
border policies of President Trump, who created the most secure border in

Elise Responds to Iranian Ballistic Missile Attack on Israel


Yet again, Iran attempted to eviscerate Israel by launching hundreds of
ballistic missiles throughout the night. Fortunately, the overwhelming majority
of these missiles were intercepted by Israel’s Iron Dome and David’s Sling
defense systems and additional support from American naval assets deployed in
the region. Elise joined Martha MacCallum on Fox News to discuss the attack and
the continuing escalation by Iran and its terrorist proxies.


In a post on X Elise stated –


“House Republicans stand with our most precious ally Israel as they face an
unprecedented direct attack from Iran. Joe Biden and Kamala Harris’
catastrophically weak leadership has consistently emboldened Iran through
sanctions relief and a desperate attempt to return to the failed Iran nuclear
deal. Joe Biden and Kamala Harris’ weakness on the world stage has encouraged
and funded this abhorrent missile attack. What the world desperately needs is
the strong leadership of President Trump and support for Israel from the United
States along with the reimposition of Trump’s effective maximum pressure
campaign against Iran. Our prayers are with our ally Israel at this perilous
time.”


House Republican Leadership Joint Statement –

This attack comes days after Israel eliminated Hezbollah’s Secretary-General
Hassan Nasrallah and other leaders of the Iranian terrorist proxy organization.
When news broke of Nasrallah’s death, Elise released a joint statement with her
fellow House Republican Leaders Mike Johnson, Steve Scalise, and Tom Emmer.


The joint statement reads –


“Hassan Nasrallah’s reign of bloodshed, oppression, and terror has been
brought to an end. A puppet of the Iranian regime, he was one of the most
brutal terrorists on the planet, and a coward who hid behind women and children
to carry out his attacks. Thanks to the brave men and women of the Israeli
military, justice was delivered for Israeli victims of his heinous crimes,
their families, and the United States. The world is better off without him.

We call on the Biden-Harris Administration to end its counter-productive
calls for a cease-fire and its ongoing diplomatic pressure campaign against
Israel. Nasrallah’s death is a major step forward for the Middle East, and
today’s victory for peace and security should be used to reassert America’s
ironclad support for Israel as it fights for its very right to exist.”


Following Nasrallah’s death, the mainstream media failed to accurately report
his record of virulent antisemitism and depraved terrorist acts against
innocents around the world. This is yet another example of the real-world
consequences of the moral decay perpetuated by our higher education system.


Elise exposed the mainstream media’s depravity in a statement on X –


“"The moral depravity of failed mainstream media outlets is on full display in
their disgustingly glorifying eulogies of Hezbollah terrorist leader Hassan
Nasrallah. It is beyond comprehension that outlets including the New York
Times, Washington Post, The New Yorker, and Associated Press would idolize
Nasrallah's reign of terror which was responsible for the slaughter of
thousands of Americans, Israelis, and innocents around the world including
Muslims. His death is delayed justice for the countless families destroyed
through his terror and bloodshed. The pathetic pandering of the radical Left's
stenographers in the mainstream media to these radical terrorists exposes a
broken press plagued by the same antisemitic rot infiltrating other failed
institutions. These reporters and their outlets should be ashamed."

Elise Hits the Airwaves Across the Country to Get Out the Vote for President
Trump


Elise joined radio shows in swing states throughout the country to highlight
President Trump’s strong America First vision, his record of success against
the failures of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, and the Republican plan to finally
secure our borders and reverse the inflation crisis. Last Friday, she joined
the Alan Stock Show in Las Vegas, the Dom Giordano Show in Philadelphia and the
Billy Harfosh show in Arizona. On Tuesday, she spoke with Fox News’ Guy Benson
ahead of the Vice Presidential debate.

Wednesday evening at sundown marked the beginning of the Jewish New Year.
Elise wished Shana Tova to all celebrating across NY-21 and around the world.


Elise stated –


“Shana Tova to all those in NY-21 and around the world who celebrate. Rosh
Hashanah is a joyous occasion, however we will never forget the brutal
terrorist acts of October 7th and in more recent days, the deeply reprehensible
Iranian launched attacks against Israel. The world must stand with Israel in
this most important new year. The light will prevail.”

Elise Continues to Earn Record Endorsements from Local Elected Officials in
Franklin, Oneida, and Herkimer Counties


This week, Elise earned record high endorsements from Republicans,
Conservatives, Democrats, and Independents in Franklin, Oneida, and Herkimer
counties. This is the second consecutive year where Elise set a record for
endorsements and in Herkimer and Oneida counties she earned endorsements from
officials in every town in the counties.


Elise stated –


“I’m grateful for the endorsements of these 56 Franklin County Republican,
Conservative, Independent, and Democrat local elected officials. I will
continue to work with local officials of all parties to deliver results for
hardworking Upstate and North Country families.”

Elise Calls Out Kamala Democrats for Lawfare


On Wednesday, Elise called out Kamala Democrats for their latest election
interference through unprecedented and illegal lawfare against President Trump.


Elise stated –


“After a monumental legal defeat at the Supreme Court in June, the corrupt
Biden-Harris Justice Department and a partisan DC Obama judge are making their
last desperate attempt to interfere in the 2024 presidential election with
their unprecedented, one-sided 165-page trial-by-paper of President Trump. The
polls show the American people clearly understand this is blatant illegal
Democrat lawfare and election interference by Kamala Harris’ supporters. It
will fail on November 5, when the American people vote to send President Trump
back to the White House."

Antisemitic UNRWA Admits to Employing Hamas Leader


On Monday, Elise responded to the news that the morally corrupt UNRWA, which
she and Republicans have raised alarms about for years, admitted it had
employed the head of Hamas forces in Lebanon, Fateh Sherif.


Elise stated –


“UNRWA’s confirmation that the head of Hamas forces in Lebanon, Fateh Sherif,
was their employee is the latest proof that the United Nations has become a
cesspool of antisemitism. President Trump rightfully cut off taxpayer dollars
from funding UNRWA while Joe Biden and Kamala Harris outrageously reversed this
decision and provided funding for an organization whose employees directly
participated in the October 7th terrorist attacks against our most precious
ally Israel. Joe Biden and Kamala Harris must permanently cut off UNRWA
funding, revoke its tax-exempt status, and provide oversight of every U.S.
dollar the UN receives.”
