Tammy’s Republican opponent and his right-wing allies have spent over $51 million on nasty attack ads against Tammy to mislead voters and drown out our campaign.

Just when we thought we had enough resources to counter their ad blitz, Mitch McConnell’s super PAC swooped in with an eight-figure ad buy of its own in Wisconsin.

Republicans wouldn’t drop $17 million in a state they didn’t absolutely think they could win. National Republicans like McConnell have seen the polls tightening in our toss-up race, which is why they’re rushing to Hovde’s defense.

Now, in these final critical weeks before the election, we’re being outspent on the airwaves. And if we let these attacks go unanswered, Hovde will continue to pull ahead and potentially clinch the Senate majority for Republicans by flipping Wisconsin red.

So we decided to fight back and launch new ads of our own to counter their attacks. It was risky since the money wasn’t originally in the budget. But this team has helped us out in a pinch before, and Tammy’s counting on you once more today.
