Justice was finally served for MAGA foot soldier Tina Peters, the former Mesa County Clerk who was found guilty of facilitating unauthorized access to the Mesa County election system to a man affiliated with MyPillow lunatic and election denier Mike Lindell.

Tina Peters willfully jeopardized the integrity of Mesa County elections—just to try and support a non-existent Big Lie conspiracy theory promoted by the GOP's chief conman, Donald Trump.

In fact, the only election fraud that took place in Colorado was perpetrated by Tina Peters.

At sentencing, the judge told Ms. Peters “I am convinced you would do it all over again if you could. You’re as defiant as any defendant this court has ever seen. You are no hero. You abused your position and you’re a charlatan.” 

Colorado is leading the charge against dangerous election deniers who intentionally lie to undermine our democracy at Trump's behest. 

This sentence sends a powerful message to those trying to subvert our elections around the country. And now we have our sights fixed on another election denier, Lauren Boebert, who has yet to face any consequences for her actions.
