It's my job to oversee operations on Joe's campaign and make sure we're executing our plan to win in November.

And to do that, we must build out a campaign structure that can support a nationwide voter outreach and mobilization program, so we need to bring more people on board, and we need to do it quickly.

That's why I'm reaching out today -- we have a huge budget to fund to bring on all the new staff we need, and we're only going to get there through folks like you pitching in when you can.

I know you have other priorities right now, and I know that not everyone can chip in, especially not every time we ask. That's okay.

But I am damn proud this campaign is powered by small-dollar grassroots donors. It makes everything we do that much more powerful. The program we build, the talented people we hire, and the amazing work that they do, it's all traced back to you. You trust us with your hard-earned dollars, and in turn, we put them back to work for you -- every single day.

So if you can spare $5 -- and only truly if you can spare it -- to help fund our efforts to rapidly scale up this campaign operation, it will help us fill our staffing budget.

But we know that having one-on-one conversations with voters is still our best way to win this thing, and frankly, that takes a lot of people power.
