It’s been a long week of delusion from Donald Trump, John. Here’s the timeline of events:

LAST FRIDAY: As dire warnings and evacuation orders were issued for Hurricane Helene, Trump shrugged it off as a "little hurricane" — as if it were some minor inconvenience. But, of course, he didn’t stop there.

ON SATURDAY: Trump had the audacity to call the climate crisis “the greatest scam of all time” as the deadly storm tore through six states, killing more than 150 people, ripping apart families, and destroying entire towns.

ON TUESDAY: Trump held a press conference in Wisconsin, where he stood on stage with a straight face and called himself an “environmentalist.” Yes, you read that right.

ON WEDNESDAY: “Trump the environmentalist” ran to Texas to attend not one but TWO fundraisers with Big Oil billionaires. You can’t make this stuff up, folks.
